Early Stages Connect Support Group

This support group consists of early stage Alzheimer's patients and their caregivers. The groups are split into patients and caregivers for activities, then get back together for lunch.

When and Where:

First and third Wednesday of each month, 10:30am, Leeza's Place at Memorial Hospital Pembroke, 2261 North University Drive, Suite 103, Pembroke Pines. RSVP preferred.
